Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery, and collection of orders placed through our website or directly with our company.

 

  1. Production Timeframes

All signage products are made to order. Production times may vary depending on the type of product, design approval, and material availability.

 

Standard production timeframe:

  • 3–7 working days for most signage products
  • Custom, specialised, or bulk orders may take longer

 

Production begins once payment is received and artwork/designs are approved.

 

  1. Delivery Options

2.1 Courier Delivery (Nationwide)

We deliver across South Africa using trusted courier partners.

  • Major cities: 1–3 working days
  • Outlying or remote areas: 3–7 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier delays, weather, or unforeseen events.

 

2.2 Collection (Free)

Customers are welcome to collect completed orders from our premises:

Collection times:

  • Monday – Friday from 07h00 – 16h00
  • Saturday from 07h00 – 12h00

You will be notified as soon as your order is ready.

 

  1. Delivery Fees

We charge a flat delivery fee, regardless of order size, weight, or location within South Africa.

Richards Bay – R100

Outskirts of Richards Bay – R150

KZN (Excluding Richards Bay) – R190

Nationwide – R300

T’s & C’s Apply

This fee will be shown at checkout or on your quotation/invoice.

 

  1. Delivery Process

Once your order is completed and booked with the courier, you will receive:

  • A confirmation message
  • Tracking details (if available)
  • An estimated delivery date

Couriers deliver Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

 

  1. Responsibility and Risk

-Once collected by the courier, responsibility for delivery rests with the courier company.

-We are not responsible for courier delays, incorrect delivery details provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.

-Customers must ensure their delivery address is accurate and complete.

-If an item is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist with the courier claim process.

 

  1. Missed Deliveries

If the courier cannot deliver due to no one being available or incomplete/incorrect address details:

  • A re-delivery fee may apply
  • Delivery may be rescheduled

 

  1. Inspection on Delivery

Please inspect your items upon delivery.

If anything is damaged, missing, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 24–48 hours
  • Provide photos/videos of the issue

We will assess and arrange a replacement where necessary

 

  1. Delivery Exclusions

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Oversized or extremely large signage may require special arrangements.
